SAME DAY FREE DELIVERY

Get in-stock items from your local store delivered to you the same day for FREE (you must be located in the Las Vegas, Nevada area).Purchase must be $100 or more to qualify. If your purchase is less than $100 there will be a $15.00 delivery charge. Please select "In-Store" pickup as the option then give us a call to let us know you would like it delivered instead.

How do I check the status of my order?

We'll keep you up to date on your orders by sending you a confirmation email and another email when your order ships with tracking information. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.

How can I update or cancel an order?

If you'd like to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer care team at (702) 613-7740 or email info@shopmochakaramelo.com. Please note that if an order has already been sent to the warehouse, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Additionally, once it has shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can always return items you don't want to keep.*

Do you offer returns?

Due to government regulations, any Mocha and Karmelo garments that have been worn for any length of time cannot be returned or exchanged.

All merchandise that meet our return policy requirements can be returned for store credit.

-- Mocha and Karmelo does not cover the shipping cost to return/exchange a product. However, standard shipping is free across the United States.

- - Merchandise must be in its original packaging with the tags intact.

- - No in-store credit will be given for merchandise after 14 days of receipt.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GARMENT

Review the return policy above to ensure your garment is eligible for return. Email info@mochaandkarmelo.com to initiate a return request. Please include your receipt with your order number for faster processing. We will email you the instructions upon review of your order.

Once your item is returned and reviewed, we will issue you a store credit code for the purchase of a new item. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

**Due to the intimacy classification of our products, any garment that has been worn for any length of time is not eligible for return. This policy complies with FDA regulations for medical devices.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship directly from our US based warehouse to any location across the globe. Pricing is subject to standard shipping rates.
