Get in-stock items from your local store delivered to you the same day for FREE (you must be located in the Las Vegas, Nevada area).Purchase must be $100 or more to qualify. If your purchase is less than $100 there will be a $15.00 delivery charge. Please select "In-Store" pickup as the option then give us a call to let us know you would like it delivered instead.

Do you offer returns?
All merchandise that meet our return policy requirements can be returned for store credit.
-- Mocha and Karmelo does not cover the shipping cost to return/exchange a product. However, standard shipping is free across the United States.
- - Merchandise must be in its original packaging with the tags intact.
- - No in-store credit will be given for merchandise after 14 days of receipt.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR GARMENT
Review the return policy above to ensure your garment is eligible for return. Email info@mochaandkarmelo.com to initiate a return request. Please include your receipt with your order number for faster processing. We will email you the instructions upon review of your order.Once your item is returned and reviewed, we will issue you a store credit code for the purchase of a new item. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
**Due to the intimacy classification of our products, any garment that has been worn for any length of time is not eligible for return. This policy complies with FDA regulations for medical devices.
